A 90-minute in-depth consultation with Dr. Engels

A 60-minute session with our health coach for functional nutrition and lifestyle strategy
A multifaceted personalized treatment plan, designed for optimal health

I created this Foundational Assessment to make optimal care accessible—especially for adults navigating hormonal decline and chronic, complex conditions. Each plan takes me 3–4 focused hours to create, drawing from years of hands-on experience and deep research.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Engels!! I am so thankful I saw Dr. Engels last year. I was feeling terrible - chronic fatigue, poor sleep and my eczema was out of control. She ordered a full panel of blood work and did several comprehensive tests including hormone levels over a months time, and cortisol throughout the day.
