How Insurance Works
WeCare Frisco operates as an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. We are a membership based practice and bill monthly which may or may not be on the day of service, and we’re happy to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
If you’d like, patients can use an HSA, FSA, or credit/debit card for their membership payments and testing.

Physician visits are scheduled as recommended by the provider, ensuring the right balance of flexibility and expert oversight. By bundling essential services into one membership, we make comprehensive, high-touch care more cost-effective and sustainable for the long term.
How Diagnostic Testing Works
Prior to your Foundational Assessment, we order an in-depth functional lab panel based on your medical history and symptoms to assess hormones, thyroid function, inflammation, cardiovascular markers, and key nutrients.
You'll Have Two Options For Lab Billing
1. Insurance billing for labs: May be covered depending on your plan, though denied claims can result in higher out-of-pocket costs (often over $3,000).
2. Cash pay: We’ve negotiated discounted rates with Cleveland Heart Lab—typically $300–$500—for predictable, affordable pricing. The lab bills the clinic directly, and we pass the significantly discounted pricing on to you at no markup.
